A Digital Page Scrap With Foamie and Others Elements And Fridge Handdle Cover

Today I did two projects, a page of digital photo with foamie and some transfers stitches...
...Look more in http://scrapteando.blogspot.com my scrap blog.

Several years ago a friend named Rosa made for me some handles like this. Since then whenever I need a few of them I do by myself (One thing, She made it better than me, lol). Here I show you a simples steps to do them.
Handle Cover Finished
steps:
1. Measure a long of handle and cut a piece of fabric as your preference
with that measures.
2. Cut a pieces of polly fill with same measures
3.Cut a piece of velcro with long measure of handle (s)
4.You need two rufflers for this cover.
Cut two rectangles of fabrics measuring doubling the width to pleat it.

5. There are two ways to place the polly fill,
one is placed before sewing and ....

...the other is
sewing the rectangle and leave a few inches to fill it.

6. Then pleats the two rectangles that will be the ruffles
7. Attach them to first piece

8. Serger the edges

9. Make a seam around the cover to decorate
and fix the space you leave to fill cover
10. Stitch Velcro placing one above and one below.
If you sew one on the left side you sew the other below
the right side for when you close the cover fits well sealed
in the refrigerator

I hope you did it!

Plastic Canvas Hair Barrettes

1.Needs a piece of plastic canvas, it's much flexible. You have to measure it with the craft barrette and the width of the plastic should be according to the accessories that you will use to decorate them. 2. Aproximately a half of yard of ribbon to cover canvas 3. A craft barrette

4. Cover the canvas with ribbon and glue it with low tempeture gun or a glue of your preference(as shown in photo) 5. Glue barrette to canvas 6. Decorate as you desire with flowers, stones, lace, etc.

I decorated this with chiffon pleated ribbon and small roses and finished with small bow and fabric butterfly
