1.Needs a piece of plastic canvas, it's much flexible. You have to measure it with the craft barrette and the width of the plastic should be according to the accessories that you will use to decorate them. 2. Aproximately a half of yard of ribbon to cover canvas 3. A craft barrette
4. Cover the canvas with ribbon and glue it with low tempeture gun or a glue of your preference(as shown in photo)
5. Glue barrette to canvas 6. Decorate as you desire with flowers, stones, lace, etc.
I decorated this with chiffon pleated ribbon and small roses and finished with small bow and fabric butterfly
